At Carne Bollente, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase; if not, you have 14 days from the delivery date to return your items for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the box to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
